Mini of the Week

This week's featured miniature is a beautiful 1/12th Scale Brown Colorwood Bowl by Bertie of BertiesMiniatures.

 

The bowl is created by laminating layers of dyed wood together and then turning it on a lathe.  The result is magnificent!

 

Bertie writes, "It would serve very nicely as fruit bowl, a dough bowl, or a general utility bowl for the miniature kitchen," but it would be lovely as a decoration as well -- possibly with some tiny pumpkins or pine cones added.  Don't you agree?  :)
